The infrastructure of the Tuscan countryside may be different from that in your country. Access to some of the properties offered is via dirt roads, which may cause difficulties for cars with low suspension or for motorbikes.
Electricity may be interrupted during thunderstorms and this can also cause short interruptions of the water supply, which often depends on electric pumps.
Please use water carefully! Swimming pools are usually open from June to mid October.

Hi Karin We are just enjoying a few days on a hotel near Greve and are going home tomorrow. To answer your questions though. You couldn't have been more helpful before we came away and were always very quick to reply to any questions we had. Regarding information about the property what we always find useful is an idea of how long it takes to walk to town. I know you told us but maybe it could be included. The villa was spotlessly clean, all the equipment we needed, we all liked the decor and the location was the best ever. Really enjoyed the walk back after a nice meal and wine! Very best wishes Reg, Sandra, Alex and Gazz H

Hi Karin, Yes, we are sorry we did not meet you also. The week went by very quickly. All of us very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Chianti & More and to book with you in the future. The area is beautiful. We loved the folks at Ristorante di Lamole! Thank you for all your assistance!
