GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS chianti-and-more Panzano in Chianti

Your booking becomes effective once CHIANTI & MORE has received the duly signed booking form and a 30% deposit. The balance is payable not later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental period. In the case of bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date, payment in full is due immediately. The amount payable will be specified in the booking form and is settled through bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or check.
After having received the signed booking form and the payment, CHIANTI & MORE will send you a confirmation of your booking. After having received the balance, CHIANTI & MORE will send you your voucher (e-mail or letter) and the directions on how to reach your accommodation.
The voucher contains all the necessary information regarding arrival and departure times, address, caretaker and any additional costs. The voucher has to be shown to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival.
Additional costs, as defined in the property description, the booking form and the voucher, are payable to the owner or the caretaker before departure.
Times of arrival and departure (details in your voucher) must be strictly adhered to.
The passports of the client and all members of his/her party have to be registered at the moment of arrival in accordance with Italian law.
In the event of dissatisfaction or complaint regarding any aspect of the holiday accommodation, the client shall notify CHIANTI & MORE immediately.
A breakage deposit will be requested upon arrival. As mentioned in your voucher, the breakage deposit is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker. The client and his/her party shall maintain the property in the same good order as upon arrival. In the case that the client or a member of his/her party breaks or damages anything in the holiday home, the owner or CHIANTI & MORE must be advised immediately. Any loss or damage caused by the client or a member of his/her party will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
As also mentioned in your voucher, the tourist tax is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival. You will receive a receipt for the paid tourist tax.
Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the persons mentioned in the rental contract and the number of people indicated on the property description (infants, children and teenagers included). Baby cribs and children's beds should be requested - if available - prior to your arrival.
Pets are allowed only if mentioned in the property description. In any case, the client must list pets on the booking form and pets must be confirmed on the voucher.
The client shall take full responsibility for the safety and conduct of him/herself and all other members of his/her party.
In the unlikely event that the booked and confirmed property should no longer be available, the client may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid in advance. No further compensation can be paid. In addition, CHIANTI & MORE will attempt to offer at least one alternative, similar property. In this case, the due rental rate is to be redefined.
Cancellation policy
1. cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 30% of the total amount + bank fees
2. cancellation from 59 to 46 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 50% of the total amount + bank fees
3. cancellation from 45 to 21 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 90% of the total amount + bank fees
4. cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable full amount
The infrastructure of the Tuscan countryside may be different from that in your country. Access to some of the properties offered is via dirt roads, which may cause difficulties for cars with low suspension or for motorbikes.
Electricity may be interrupted during thunderstorms and this can also cause short interruptions of the water supply, which often depends on electric pumps.
Please use water carefully! Swimming pools are usually open from June to mid October.

A Wine tasting and tour can be arranged in order to enrich your Tuscan experience. The spacious and bright villa offers a superb accommodation for 10 persons at the villa and the dependence.

Tucked into the picturesque hills between Florence and Siena, the villa is Tuscany at its finest. Think silvery olive groves and sun-drenched vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see all just a short distance from the medieval hilltop village of Castellina in Chianti with its fine restaurants, wine bars and cafés, a Saturday morning open air market and wonderful wineries.

Part of an organic boutique winery, this fine retreat offers guests the true Tuscan lifestyle. With the vineyard literally on your doorstep, you’ll have a front-row seat to some of Chianti’s most captivating scenery yet complete peace and privacy are assured.

Inside, the villa is a masterclass in Italian elegance. Traditional Tuscan character meets contemporary comfort, with spacious living areas, carefully curated furnishings and cool, airy bedrooms. It’s an effortless setting for relaxed gatherings with family or friends, whether you’re celebrating something special or simply enjoying time together.

Outdoors, days unfold at an unhurried pace. Stretch out beside the 12m x 4m heated pool, linger over long lunches beneath shaded terraces, or wander through beautifully landscaped gardens with Mediterranean plants like lavender and rosemary. There’s a bocce court and a gym (with gym balls, yoga mats, TRX, electric bike and weights) for those who like to balance indulgence with a little activity.

The villa sleeps up to eight guests in the main house, with a further two accommodated in a charming separate annex ideal for grandparents, teenagers or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy. Smaller groups of four or six can also be welcomed on request.
