GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS chianti-and-more Panzano in Chianti

Your booking becomes effective once CHIANTI & MORE has received the duly signed booking form and a 30% deposit. The balance is payable not later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental period. In the case of bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date, payment in full is due immediately. The amount payable will be specified in the booking form and is settled through bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or check.
After having received the signed booking form and the payment, CHIANTI & MORE will send you a confirmation of your booking. After having received the balance, CHIANTI & MORE will send you your voucher (e-mail or letter) and the directions on how to reach your accommodation.
The voucher contains all the necessary information regarding arrival and departure times, address, caretaker and any additional costs. The voucher has to be shown to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival.
Additional costs, as defined in the property description, the booking form and the voucher, are payable to the owner or the caretaker before departure.
Times of arrival and departure (details in your voucher) must be strictly adhered to.
The passports of the client and all members of his/her party have to be registered at the moment of arrival in accordance with Italian law.
In the event of dissatisfaction or complaint regarding any aspect of the holiday accommodation, the client shall notify CHIANTI & MORE immediately.
A breakage deposit will be requested upon arrival. As mentioned in your voucher, the breakage deposit is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker. The client and his/her party shall maintain the property in the same good order as upon arrival. In the case that the client or a member of his/her party breaks or damages anything in the holiday home, the owner or CHIANTI & MORE must be advised immediately. Any loss or damage caused by the client or a member of his/her party will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
As also mentioned in your voucher, the tourist tax is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival. You will receive a receipt for the paid tourist tax.
Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the persons mentioned in the rental contract and the number of people indicated on the property description (infants, children and teenagers included). Baby cribs and children's beds should be requested - if available - prior to your arrival.
Pets are allowed only if mentioned in the property description. In any case, the client must list pets on the booking form and pets must be confirmed on the voucher.
The client shall take full responsibility for the safety and conduct of him/herself and all other members of his/her party.
In the unlikely event that the booked and confirmed property should no longer be available, the client may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid in advance. No further compensation can be paid. In addition, CHIANTI & MORE will attempt to offer at least one alternative, similar property. In this case, the due rental rate is to be redefined.
Cancellation policy
1. cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 30% of the total amount + bank fees
2. cancellation from 59 to 46 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 50% of the total amount + bank fees
3. cancellation from 45 to 21 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 90% of the total amount + bank fees
4. cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable full amount
The infrastructure of the Tuscan countryside may be different from that in your country. Access to some of the properties offered is via dirt roads, which may cause difficulties for cars with low suspension or for motorbikes.
Electricity may be interrupted during thunderstorms and this can also cause short interruptions of the water supply, which often depends on electric pumps.
Please use water carefully! Swimming pools are usually open from June to mid October.

The villa in Panzano was absolutely lovely and spacious! The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were new, spa like and clean. It was very warm in Italy the week we were there and each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit which was perfect for a restful night of sleep. The grounds at the Villa were well kept and the children enjoyed picking vegetables and herbs from the garden. We toured the neighboring cities in the morning and came home after lunch and all of us enjoyed the swimming pool (it was a lifesaver for the children and of course the adults also enjoyed it! The views from the patio attached to the house and the pool were spectacular! There were green rolling hills with vineyards, large areas of olive trees and huge cypress trees that seemed to go forever! It was so very relaxing! Chef Rosanna was one of the highlights of the week. She taught us how to make pasta, chicken and a wonderful chocolate dessert. The children loved it and so did the adults. It was delicious! It was a wonderful experience for all!

Karin I thought that the experience with the villa was wonderful- I do not like air BNB so when I found your card from the trip 20 years ago Samantha contacted you and you had really lovely properties to choose from. We will be back and you would be my first contact. I enjoyed all your suggestions and appreciated that you made our dinner reservations and the bookings for wineries and other tours. The Chef was a perfect end to the stay - food was delicious and casual and that is what we needed I loved the villa - so well maintained, very clean, the furnishings were good. I really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was so quiet and peaceful there.- it was fun to be able to walk to Castello Querceto for a their wine tour. We chose the location so can’t complain but I think next time I would choose something a bit closer to a town. My husband and I love hiking/ so on our next visit I would try to work that in. I honestly have only positive memories of the stay. Thank you
