GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS chianti-and-more Panzano in Chianti

Your booking becomes effective once CHIANTI & MORE has received the duly signed booking form and a 30% deposit. The balance is payable not later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental period. In the case of bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date, payment in full is due immediately. The amount payable will be specified in the booking form and is settled through bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or check.
After having received the signed booking form and the payment, CHIANTI & MORE will send you a confirmation of your booking. After having received the balance, CHIANTI & MORE will send you your voucher (e-mail or letter) and the directions on how to reach your accommodation.
The voucher contains all the necessary information regarding arrival and departure times, address, caretaker and any additional costs. The voucher has to be shown to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival.
Additional costs, as defined in the property description, the booking form and the voucher, are payable to the owner or the caretaker before departure.
Times of arrival and departure (details in your voucher) must be strictly adhered to.
The passports of the client and all members of his/her party have to be registered at the moment of arrival in accordance with Italian law.
In the event of dissatisfaction or complaint regarding any aspect of the holiday accommodation, the client shall notify CHIANTI & MORE immediately.
A breakage deposit will be requested upon arrival. As mentioned in your voucher, the breakage deposit is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker. The client and his/her party shall maintain the property in the same good order as upon arrival. In the case that the client or a member of his/her party breaks or damages anything in the holiday home, the owner or CHIANTI & MORE must be advised immediately. Any loss or damage caused by the client or a member of his/her party will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
As also mentioned in your voucher, the tourist tax is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival. You will receive a receipt for the paid tourist tax.
Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the persons mentioned in the rental contract and the number of people indicated on the property description (infants, children and teenagers included). Baby cribs and children's beds should be requested - if available - prior to your arrival.
Pets are allowed only if mentioned in the property description. In any case, the client must list pets on the booking form and pets must be confirmed on the voucher.
The client shall take full responsibility for the safety and conduct of him/herself and all other members of his/her party.
In the unlikely event that the booked and confirmed property should no longer be available, the client may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid in advance. No further compensation can be paid. In addition, CHIANTI & MORE will attempt to offer at least one alternative, similar property. In this case, the due rental rate is to be redefined.
Cancellation policy
1. cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 30% of the total amount + bank fees
2. cancellation from 59 to 46 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 50% of the total amount + bank fees
3. cancellation from 45 to 21 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 90% of the total amount + bank fees
4. cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable full amount
The infrastructure of the Tuscan countryside may be different from that in your country. Access to some of the properties offered is via dirt roads, which may cause difficulties for cars with low suspension or for motorbikes.
Electricity may be interrupted during thunderstorms and this can also cause short interruptions of the water supply, which often depends on electric pumps.
Please use water carefully! Swimming pools are usually open from June to mid October.

Karin was absolutely the best person we could have asked for to be in charge of our wedding venue. Coming from the UK it was a nerve-wracking prospect to go venue shopping in Tuscany for the day and we had no idea if we could do it in such a short space of time. However, Karin helped us to find the perfect venue within about 45 minutes of meeting her and then continued to help our friends and family find the perfect places to stay too. For the entire year that we were planning our wedding Karin was on hand for every little detail, query and question whenever we needed her, giving helpful suggestions, great advice and going above and beyond in order to make our wedding the best day of our lives. She also helped us find the perfect catering for our post-wedding brunch and gave advice on local activities to all our guests. Karin really understands the importance of the personal touch and it was genuinely like having a friend in the village, looking after us day and night. The venue itself was absolutely amazing. Beautifully styled inside, with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. The rooms were impeccably clean and the gardens were stunning with breath taking views. The pool was a major hit with the guests, especially our children. All our friends who stayed with us in the wedding villa fell in love with their apartments and the location and have all made plans to return and re-live their Tuscan experience. I would never book with anyone but Karin in future! She’s one in a million and her hand-picked venues are simply the best in Tuscany. Thank you for making our Tuscany wedding dreams come true!!

Hi Karin, Thanks for your message, I meant to write you earlier but back to work proved more time consuming than I thought ! In a few words, we loved the place, which was in line with what was presented on the flyer and the internet (not always the case). The apartment was a good idea as well ! The arrival procedure was easy and the keeper was right on time, she even took the initiative to turn the AC on, leave us some water in the fridge, as well as the welcoming bottle of Castello Querceto, which was highly appreciated. The house was clean, beds were made, towels (both bath and swimming) were available. The decorations was well done and tasteful, appreciated also to find some books and magazine, Kids enjoyed Netflix The beds were comfortable and for a 195cm/120kg person like me, I spend restful nights on quality beds, the A/C is a nice addition to the house and the fact that it can be set by room spares some endless discussions amongst the guests. Access to the house was fine, as it was clearly explained that coming driving your Ferrari was not advisable ! The kitchen was well fitted and we appreciated the wide range of ustentils and the space available, the large fridge was also a good surprise Overall, the conception of the house is well thought and we really had a good time, kids as well as adults did enjoy the swimming pool and the garden, as well as the BQ area and the patio, didn't get a chance to try the Pizza oven (a week goes by too quickly), Apologies we didn't either stop by in Panzano to say Hi ! We enjoyed our stay so much that I will use this review to possibly check rates for a booking in the summer of 2021 Best Regards
