GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS chianti-and-more Panzano in Chianti

Your booking becomes effective once CHIANTI & MORE has received the duly signed booking form and a 30% deposit. The balance is payable not later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental period. In the case of bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date, payment in full is due immediately. The amount payable will be specified in the booking form and is settled through bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or check.
After having received the signed booking form and the payment, CHIANTI & MORE will send you a confirmation of your booking. After having received the balance, CHIANTI & MORE will send you your voucher (e-mail or letter) and the directions on how to reach your accommodation.
The voucher contains all the necessary information regarding arrival and departure times, address, caretaker and any additional costs. The voucher has to be shown to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival.
Additional costs, as defined in the property description, the booking form and the voucher, are payable to the owner or the caretaker before departure.
Times of arrival and departure (details in your voucher) must be strictly adhered to.
The passports of the client and all members of his/her party have to be registered at the moment of arrival in accordance with Italian law.
In the event of dissatisfaction or complaint regarding any aspect of the holiday accommodation, the client shall notify CHIANTI & MORE immediately.
A breakage deposit will be requested upon arrival. As mentioned in your voucher, the breakage deposit is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker. The client and his/her party shall maintain the property in the same good order as upon arrival. In the case that the client or a member of his/her party breaks or damages anything in the holiday home, the owner or CHIANTI & MORE must be advised immediately. Any loss or damage caused by the client or a member of his/her party will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
As also mentioned in your voucher, the tourist tax is payable in cash (Euro) to the owner or the caretaker upon arrival. You will receive a receipt for the paid tourist tax.
Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the persons mentioned in the rental contract and the number of people indicated on the property description (infants, children and teenagers included). Baby cribs and children's beds should be requested - if available - prior to your arrival.
Pets are allowed only if mentioned in the property description. In any case, the client must list pets on the booking form and pets must be confirmed on the voucher.
The client shall take full responsibility for the safety and conduct of him/herself and all other members of his/her party.
In the unlikely event that the booked and confirmed property should no longer be available, the client may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid in advance. No further compensation can be paid. In addition, CHIANTI & MORE will attempt to offer at least one alternative, similar property. In this case, the due rental rate is to be redefined.
Cancellation policy
1. cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 30% of the total amount + bank fees
2. cancellation from 59 to 46 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 50% of the total amount + bank fees
3. cancellation from 45 to 21 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable 90% of the total amount + bank fees
4. cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival: due and not reimbursable full amount
The infrastructure of the Tuscan countryside may be different from that in your country. Access to some of the properties offered is via dirt roads, which may cause difficulties for cars with low suspension or for motorbikes.
Electricity may be interrupted during thunderstorms and this can also cause short interruptions of the water supply, which often depends on electric pumps.
Please use water carefully! Swimming pools are usually open from June to mid October.

Ciao Karin, Thomas is an incredible host. He presented the apartment well and was a huge help to us in getting back our luggage when it was lost by the airlines. The view from the apartment was spectacular! Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was an experience Faith & I won’t soon forget. The location was very central to the things we wanted to do and see. We did very much enjoy our stay in Firenze. Tuscan food and wine are one of our passions and we made good use of our time there. And as usual Karin, your service was impeccable and very much appreciated during our stay. We are very much looking forward to our vacation in Panzano in May and again in September. Dear Karin, I hope the fall season in Italy is treating you well and you are staying warm. We are back home and thinking back on our fabulous trip to Italy. It was everything we had imagined it would be. The food, wine and ambiance was lovely. Thank you for helping us find the perfect place to stay and all your assistance in making our trip go so smoothly. It was so nice to meet you too! The villa was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Alessio was truly an asset to the Villa experience. Always helpful and available to assist us in anyway. He was a delight. The Chef was one of the biggest highlights to our stay. She is fabulous. Not only a wonderful cook…. She was fun and showed us cooking with love ! Her recipes will be used and passed down to our family. They can’t wait to make the laminated pasta she taught us to make. Thank the owners for the use of their home. Please let them know their home made some beautiful memories for us and our guests that came to stay. I hope we can come back again someday….

Hi Karin, We absolutely loved the place, it was a lovely home and worked perfectly for our large group! The hosts were fantastic and provided great service while we were visiting, it was nice that there was someone on site which came in handy for a minor emergency in which they helped to locate a local doctor on a weekend and actually went with us to help translate. I can't say enough about the service we received. The property was centrally located which made it easy to make day trips to explore the many beautiful cities nearby and make it back to enjoy the pool in the evenings. We didn't want leave and will definitely be back for another visit, will use Chianti and More when we book for a return one of these days. An extra special thanks to you for all your help finding this fantastic property and providing suggestions for our trip.
