The location, close to the village but with views up the valley to the north, was perfect for us.

We have arrived safely back in Australia after our six weeks holiday in Europe.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your prompt responses to my earlier emails when trying to sort out a suitable villa to rent plus all of the  helpful information supplied. Your professional assistance was very much appreciated. The villa(s) suited our needs perfectly, with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms over the two buildings.  The fact we could rent the villas for eight days rather than the “normal” seven days from Saturday to Saturday suited our travel plans perfectly. 
Our group was extremely happy with our villas.  The location of the villas was a little remote but we believe staying out in the countryside was a big part of the charm of  our visit to Tuscany.  The scenery was in the area was beautiful. The villas were clean, comfortable and well equipped.  Adriana the property manager, and her daughter were there to welcome us and explain the set up of the two villas.
Marie,  the owner,  dropped in the following morning to see if we were comfortable and if there was anything we needed. We thanked Marie during our stay,  can you please pass on our thanks once again and tell her  how much we enjoyed our stay at the villa.
We took advantage of Victoria’s catering services. The meals she prepared for us were delicious, they were just what we needed after a day out exploring.  We still reminisce  about  her wonderful vegetable lasagne.  We also enjoyed the experience of eating in the local restaurants in Tavarnelle, only a 10 minutes drive from the villa.
Our group will be very happy to  pass on your name and company as a contact to any of our friends who may be thinking of renting a villa in the beautiful area of Tuscany.

Dear Karin
We had a fantastic vacation in Chianti.  The house was just perfect for our two families sharing, and was very child friendly.  The information on your website about the property was accurate - but of course the photos can't do the place justice and it was better in real life! 
The location was great - we really loved being tucked away in the hills surrounded by vineyards and views over the valley, but within easy driving distance of many wonderful towns, like Panzano and Greve.
The house itself was charming and tastefully decorated in authentic Tuscan style.  The house was very clean on arrival and was well kitted out.
The beautiful pool and the lovely gardens were immaculately maintained. The kids made good use of the flat grassed area beside the pool for games of soccer, and were very excited to discover the little orchard tucked away at the bottom of the garden!  Us adults appreciated the fact that we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool from a variety of areas, including the kitchen, the loggia and the outside dining table. The barbeque and the wood fired pizza oven both got a good work out and we made the most of the great weather and dined al fresco most evenings- just great! 
We enjoyed the extra activities you organised for us, notably the meal prepared by Arianna in the house on the first evening, and the pasta-making lesson for the children by Chef Barbara.
Your service prior to our arrival was excellent!  We appreciated the detailed notes you sent us regarding directions to the property, local attractions and good restaurants.  And thank-you for your prompt responses to our many questions and requests, ranging from property selection to restaurant bookings and places to buy pool toys! 
Our only regret is that we didn't book the house for 2 weeks!
We have already recommended you to a friend and will certainly do so again.  In fact, we may be interested in renting the house again next year...will get back to you when we can pin the family down to some dates!

Thank you, and we had a lovely holiday in Panzano, and I was actually going to come back to you with feedback.
The help you gave us was amazing, all the information you provided on the area, the location of the supermarket in Pisa (!), winetasting etc etc was very very helpful, and your promptness was first class.
Our accommodation at the villa was lovely, the apartment was very clean, the location superlative. We were grateful for the central heating on the first couple of nights as it was a bit chilly. We had thought we would be able to light a fire but the lady who cleaned did say that the fire was not good to light as it smoked, but the central heating was fine for warming up the rooms. The two bathrooms were very well fitted, although I would say that the shower over the bath in the ensuite bedroom was not very powerful, but that was just a little thing. The water was always hot. The main bedroom with views over the vineyard was lovely, the other two bedrooms did not have this outlook, but they were more than adequate. All the rooms had plenty of storage space. The beds were very comfortable.
 
The sitting room was very comfortable, it was great to have a table just outside the door which caught the evening sun. Of course the garden and swimming pool were lovely, with such a beautiful outlook over the countryside and we so enjoyed the fireflies and nightingales at night.
We appreciated having our own barbecue.
It was a beautiful place and I would have no hesitate in recommending the villa, Chianti & more and the whole area to friends. I would love to come back and explore the area more. The above remarks are no huge criticism but hopefully they will be of help to you.

We were fortunate to have Gabriele there at the villa to ensure everything was in order and we have to say we cannot sing his praises highly enough. We had a wonderful time in Panzano. 
If the weather had of cooperated it would have been nice to use the pool but nothing could be done about that. 
I would, however, recommend the place to friends and family.  It was in the perfect location and suited our needs perfectly.  The kitchen and the unit in general were well equipped.  I appreciate having an iron and ironing board. 
Anila and her sister were wonderful and very eager to help.  Lara also was very pleasant and offered her services. 
The welcoming gift was much appreciated as were the flowers in the apartment.  The binder with information about the villa and surrounding area was very helpful and we used it a lot.  Thanks for all these little touches.

Hello Karin!
Thank you for the recommendation for our holiday villa. We have a marvelous vacation in San Pancrazio & Montespertoli region.  The villa surroundings were beautiful, the garden was well taken care of and absolutely gorgeous!! The view was unforgettable! The pool area perfect and  was cleaned every morning!
The villa itself was more beautiful than we could have imagined from photos.
quite good equipment of the villa 7/10, but not luxury.
Quality: outside 10/10, living rooms 6/10, kitchen 6/10, bedrooms 9/10, toilets/bathrooms 10/10
So, thank you for your recommendation and suggestion to hire this villa, because the villas in Panzano we hoped for, were occupied.

We had a great time at the Radda in Chianti property.  It was even more beautiful than we had hoped and everything from the stocking of the fridge to the friendliness of Simona exceeded our expectations.
While we toured a few days and enjoyed some wine tastings, we spent most of our time at the villa. It’s pretty easy to simply sit and enjoy the surroundings … when the surroundings look like this:

This was a 30th wedding anniversary trip that Cathy and I won’t forget!

Many thanks for all of your help during our stay in Radda.  We had a wonderful time despite the rain and cold, and the electricity going out on two occasions!  It reminded me and Andrea of our house in the country here in the States, where we have power outages with some frequency.  I have to say that the owners were lovely and helpful, their chef Signora Maria was great and all of us, including my grandson, had a wonderful time.

Your were very prompt in answering our emails and gave clear, detailed answers to all of our questions.
You understood what we were looking for in a villa for our family's celebratory trip to Italy.
You answered our questions about the villa.

The villa has very high quality appliances and equipment. The washer and dryer are new. The kitchen and dining room have every tool, appliance, pot and pan you could ever require. Dishes and assorted sizes of glassware are plentiful and of nice quality.
Satellite TV worked well. The infinity pool was fantastic and used every day for several hours.

We chose this villa for it's location, ( but it ended up being fabulous in so many other ways, especially it's walking distance to the village. Friends and family who have rented in Italy in the past complained about their villas' isolated locations.
The children walked to the village and we were all able to have dinner out without worrying about a long, difficult drive home.

Anyone in our position doing an online rental hopes the photos and entire rental process does justice to their expectations. For us, those expectations were exceeded by the villa. We really had a wonderful time in a superb location with excellent facilities and equipment.
Everyone loved the villa.
Chef Mimmo's delicious dinner served on the terrace overlooking the vineyards was a highlight for the whole family; thank you for making the arrangements with Mimmo.

To answer your questions regarding the level of your service, and various elements of the rental property itself, David and I could not have been happier with both.  Your prompt responses, the clarity of your communications and your extreme attention to detail all contributed to a wonderful and superior experience in Panzano. 
You went beyond your position as a rental agent to make certain that we had a successful and stress-free vacation.  In many instances you served as a concierge and tour guide providing transportation, maps, helpful suggestions and reservations.  We were exceedingly pleased with your efforts to make our experience memorable and exciting.  I have already given your contact information to many friends.
As to the villa itself, it met all our expectations. The location of the villa was ideal for the four of us, the equipment was extensive, and the views were breathtaking.  We were delighted to meet Piero and Jeanette - a very gracious couple who made our first few days easier by providing a very nice selection of wine and food to get us started.  It was the little details like that which pleased and delighted us.

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany.
• Chianti and More … We were very pleased with the support that you and your staff provided prior to our holiday. Service was prompt and the information that was provided was excellent. We knew what to expect at the villa. You made the process easy for “first time villa renters” like us.
• Villa … The villa was as described. The villa was well equipped, well furnished, and clean. Wireless internet worked great. Service from the owner and staff was excellent. Any issues were quickly resolved and we received an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in Florence on our last evening from the owner. Upon our arrival, the owner was kind enough to lead us to a local grocery store. It was a wonderful home for a week.
• Extra Activities … The welcome dinner at the villa was fantastic. Maurico (sp ?) cooked a great meal and it was a wonderful way to start our stay at the villa. The wine tour with Simone was also excellent. Simone was a wealth of information and a fantastic personality. We also really enjoyed the walking tour of the two museums in Florence. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Sorry this is so late in coming to you but life has been somewhat hectic since our return.  As for our trip to Panzano-- It was perfect, the villa so spectacularly beautiful, Alida, the dearest, and the most fantastic cook --  everyone of us loved her!   She played a major part in making  this trip such a special one.
 Of course I shall recommend you to my friends.  Needless to say, all 14 of us  miss Panzano  very, very much.  My children said it was the best time they ever had.  So you get an A plus from  14 of us!

Hi, Karin.   We would recommend Chianti & More without hesitation.  You made everything so easy for us, from the selection of the villa that would accommodate our group to the tour information and advance information you provided, to the final check-out procedure. 

The villa was amazing -- spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and well-stocked with everything that we needed.  The bedding arrangement suited our group of 14 perfectly, and the 3-hours of daily maid service ensured that everything was neat and clean each day!  The grounds and garden were amazing, and we spent 3 days just around the pool even though there was so much to see in the towns around us. 
The highlight of our stay were the dinners that Monica prepared.  The cold buffet upon our arrival was a delicious treat, followed by 3 additional nights that were gourmet meals.  We all loved "pizza night" with Monica and her husband, and there was so much food at each of her dinners that we were thrilled to have "leftovers" the following nights.  Monica and her family, who assisted with the dinners, were so lovely and accommodating to all of our requests. 

The photos do not even do justice to the beauty of the surroundings, and we enjoyed walking around the property and adjacent paths.  The town of Barberino was charming, and we loved stopping in for coffee at the cafe there.
We hope to return to the area someday soon, and when we do, we will certainly be in touch with you again to book accommodations!  My mother, Leslie, agrees that everything was wonderful and appreciates your help, too.

I thought the villa was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable; decoration and furniture is great and all the equipment was in working order. Exceptional bathrooms.  It had the right amount of space for our group of 8, and could have easily accommodated 10. The views from many parts of the property were fabulous, especially the view of San Gimignano.  I would recommend the villa for others as long as they fully understood the close neighborhood to other houses.  The location was good for day trips to San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena and beyond.

A lovely village with character .  The villa was so private with spectacular views overlooking the vineyards and olive groves.  We had fantastic weather and spent many hours in the private pool enjoying the setting. we were very pleased with the cottage, its location and its facilities - the only things missing were a toaster and barbecue tools.
the cottage was clean and tidy in every respect
the pool and the garden were regularly attended to.
all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

the air conditioning was a very big plus during this period of hot weather!
