The location, close to the village but with views up the valley to the north, was perfect for us.
Your website offered a wide range of properties and your service in providing a range of available villas was extremely helpful.

You provided a full list of available properties and were even able to provide us with a property which most closely suited our requirements even though provisionally booked by another person.
The photographs provided full details on the property and the directions provided in the voucher were clear.
Perfect cleanness of the villa, perfect equipment, very comfortable and high standard furniture and decoration.

We absolutely loved the place, and it was perfect for us, but the steep staircase up to the 2nd floor might be problematic for older relatives in terms of getting their suitcases up and getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night...

If the weather had of cooperated it would have been nice to use the pool but nothing could be done about that.
I would, however, recommend the place to friends and family. It was in the perfect location and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen and the unit in general were well equipped. I appreciate having an iron and ironing board.
Anila and her sister were wonderful and very eager to help. Lara also was very pleasant and offered her services.
The welcoming gift was much appreciated as were the flowers in the apartment. The binder with information about the villa and surrounding area was very helpful and we used it a lot. Thanks for all these little touches.

The villa surroundings were beautiful, the garden was well taken care of and absolutely gorgeous!! The view was unforgettable! The pool area perfect and was cleaned every morning! Our stay in Rapolano Terme was great. The pool was closed for the season but I am not big on swimming anyway. My only negative was that there was no internet, wifi or cable. As I revisited your site, I noticed that you had a mention of "no wifi". I had assume that the house was cabled.

The owner was very serviceminded and phoned us several times to check if everything was okay. All over – this was four fantastic weeks. The property, the silence, the location – paradise.
We will definitely come back!

thank you for your message. We had a fantastic time in Tuscany and the location was superb. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will going back ourselves hopefully next year with friends. The family were very accommodating and Massimo was over the expectation of a host. They have a deep pride in their establishment which shows and as such the surroundings were wonderful. I thought the welcome food pack was very generous and well planned.
The location was great, cleanliness and ability to talk to the housekeeper we great.
The service before we arrived was great and we thank you for the effort you put in. Your written document about restaurants and towns was great and we shared it with some people we met they were amazed at the information it contained.

Hi Karin
Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Panzano. We had a lovely time and found it to be ideal for touring the Sienna/Florence region as we had a car. The bus into central Florence was also very convenient.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and relatives, likewise the agency.
The only comment/recommendation we would make is that the TV may be better located in the dining room with the fireplace in the colder months and at least one possibly two more lounge chairs in the lounge.
We loved the village and the sunsets from the balcony, everyone involved with the property was very helpful.

We had a fantastic time in Panzano and were very impressed by both the villa and the service that Chianti & More provided - we would definitely recommend it! We are staying in 4 different villas using 3 service providers on this trip and Chianti & More have been the most responsive. The Information about the facility is really excellent; particularly the detailed information about the location and help in locating an English-speaking taxi service. The equipment of our vacation home was better than we expected - it had everything we could have wanted and more, the furniture and decoration was very elegant and comfortable.
