Description Vico d’Elsa is a small village in Chianti, located on a hill facing San Gimignano. The villa is just outside the village in a panoramic area among vineyards and olive trees. The traditional Tuscan farmhouse dates back to the 17th century. The fenced and completely independent structure offers a private parking lot.
Ground floor: entrance with breakfast table, large sitting room with original brick arches and a stone fireplace, well equipped kitchen also provided with a barbecue, bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower, and one bedroom with twin beds (can be converted into a double) and ensuite bathroom with shower.
First floor: an exceptionally well lit living room furnished with card and billiard tables, one double bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with twin beds (can be converted into doubles) and one bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The house is furnished with antique furniture, pictures, carpets, curtains and typical Tuscan objects. There are terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams on the ceilings.
A spacious terrace offers a view onto San Gimignano, across the vineyards and the olive groves of the Tuscan landscape. Final cleaning, heating fee and welcome pack included.
