Description Just 9 km from Florence centre and 2 km from the Highway exit Firenze Certosa, there is this lovely country home (150 sqm) within the green olive groves and picturesque vineyards, offering an incredible view onto the city of Florence and the Cathedral`s cupola.The estate is surrounded by its own grounds of 10 ha.
Near the main house which is the owner`s family residence, there is located the barn for six to eight guests with its private outside area, terrace and garden.
The pool is occasionally shared with the owners.
Ground floor: living room and dining area with exit to the furnished terrace and the garden, sitting room with fireplace, kitchen, small twin bedded room with exit to the garden, guest bathroom.1^st floor: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom each (shower)Upon request there is a small forth bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).
