The ground floor of the villa includes a very spacious living area connected with the dining room on one side and the game room on the other, both of which open onto the garden. Further there is the kitchen, the laundry, a utility room, a guest bathroom, a suite with sitting room, double bedroom en suite bathroom.
Upstairs the villa offers a small living area, a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large walk in closet, two bedrooms which share one bathroom, and two more beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms.
