Description The farm extends on a territory of around 10 hectares and focuses on the organic production of olive oil. It is located in panoramic position in the hills of Rufina (Florence, Tuscany) to around 350 mt. altitude.
In the surroundings there are easily attainable ancient medieval villages such as Vicchio, Scarperia, Rignano. The farm is surrounded by trekking and paths indicated by the CAI (Alpine Italian Club), suitable for all who love naturalistic excursions in Tuscany. Next to the farmhouse there is the ancient barn which dates back to the 17th century and a swimming pool of 7x14 mt. The estate is accessible on a private dirtroad of about 1,7 km and enjoys complete privacy within an uncontaminated landscape.
The barn sleeps four people in two double bedrooms. The adjacent and very cosy apartment sleeps two persons. Renting both the barn and the apartment you enjoy the private use of the swimming pool and the exclusive use of the rental facilities.
