Description The tranquil but not remote villa with private pool is located within the most prestigious vineyards of the Chianti-area. The more than 150 years old farmhouse (about 210 sqm – on one level) was recently completely refurbished. Guests will enjoy the features of a Tuscan farmhouse and the comfort of a new villa. Beautiful and unrestricted view from most rooms, the balcony and the swimming pool on the Tuscan postcard-landscape stretching from the former monastery ‘Rignana' to San Donato and to Tavernelle in the far horizon. Amazing and fascinating not only at sunset!
On one floor: large furnished terrace, bright living room with an open fireplace and a balcony, a sitting room with satellite-TV and a CD-player, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (one bedroom has a small terrace), 3 bathrooms with shower (of which two ensuite), kitchen with fire place, spacious dining area, additional twin bedded room between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms (best for kids or teenagers).
& More Welcome pack for the first dinner and kitchen basics provided. Help yourself in the little fruit and vegetable garden: fresh fruit, tomatoes and herbs.
On request the minimum stay during low season can be less than one week.
