Description The farm is located in the heart of the region of Chianti Classico near Greve, looks over the marvellous medieval village of Montefioralle and an untouched natural setting. It is on the top of a hill (1400 feet above sea level) with a magnificent 360° view. The property consists of four houses that once were long the ancient salt road (there's still a trace of the road in the path which goes to the pool) as well as approximately 20 acres of land, including four hectares of vineyards, an olive grove, a row of cypress trees, lawns and woods. When the today`s owners bought the farm in 1994, it was nearly abandoned. Since then they have dedicated all their energy and time to restoring them as closely as possible to their original form, using only local and environmentally compatible materials and personally supervising every phase of the restoration. The farm has a vineyard of about 4 hectares of Chianti Classico where mainly Sangiovese grapes are planted along with small amounts of the varieties Trebbiano and Canaiolo. All three apartments are very well maintained and elegantly appointed. They combine modern conveniences with furnishings typical of rural Tuscany to ensure a relaxing and enchanting vacation.
